REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES

BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICY

  • We require a non-refundable $150 deposit for all parties.

  • A reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. No exceptions.

  • If party needs to be cancelled, you may reschedule based upon our available openings.

  • Parties can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 

  • A final headcount is due minimum of three days before your party. At this time you will be responsible for the recorded headcount as we prepare for that number of guests.

  • If numbers go up, after headcount is due, we will do our best to accommodate. This will depend on materials at hand.

  • Gratuity for party helpers is not included.

  • Crafts can be subject to change without notice due to shipping and vendor availability.

  • Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to party start time.

  • Exit party in a timely manner as to allow party helpers clean up time before the next party.

  • Some of our parties use paint or solutions that may stain clothing - please dress for mess.

KIDS CLASS POLICY

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to sign up for a class. This allows you to take a space out of open registration.

  • If you are using a payment plan, you are responsible for all payments regardless of attendance, until class is paid in full. 

  • You are entitled to no more than 2 makeup classes in each registered semester.

  • You may carry over 1 makeup from your current enrolled semester if you are re-enrolling in class for the following semester. 

  • We reserve the right to cancel class due to inclimate weather and will do our best to offer a makeup where availability allows. 

  • Some of our classes use paint or solutions that may stain clothing - we encourage you to dress for mess (adults too if you are in a parent & me class).

SPECIAL EVENTS POLICY

  • Spaces in our special events must be paid in full and are nonrefundable at time of registration.

  • Special events require a minimum of 8 children in order to run.

  • In case of a rare occurrence an event does not run, a full refund will be given.

  • A reservation is not confirmed until payment is made. No exceptions.

  • Crafts can be subject to change without notice.

  • Some of our events use paint or solutions that may stain clothing - we encourage participants to dress for mess.

  • Due to the custom nature of our events that require pre-registration to reserve a seat, we do not offer refunds. We will be happy to transfer you to a future event as outlined by the following guidelines:

    • 72 Hours Advance Notice: To avoid any Transfer Fees, please give us a minimum of 72 hours advance notice if your child(ren) are unable to attend your reserved event. We will happily reschedule you for any future event within 60 days.

    • Late Notice Cancellation (<72 hours): Any notice given LESS THAN 72 hours prior to an event will be subject to a $20 Transfer Fee in order to be transferred to a future event.

    • ‘No-Show’ Attendees: Any guest that is a “No-Show” for their registered event will forfeit the missed event and will need to pay to re-register. If no changes are required from the previous class to the future class (same project and same design) a courtesy discount may be applicable.

ADULT EVENTS & WORKSHOPS POLICY

  • Due to the custom nature of our projects and that we require preregistration in our workshops, we do not offer refunds. We will be happy to transfer you to a future class as outlined by the following guidelines:

    • 72 Hours Advance Notice: To avoid any Transfer Fees, please give us a minimum of 72 hours advance notice if you or your group are unable to attend your reserved workshop session. We will happily reschedule you for any future class within the following 30 days.

    • Late Notice Cancellation (<72 hours): Any notice given LESS THAN 72 hours prior to a class will be subject to a $20 Transfer Fee in order to be transferred to a future class (original project and/or design only please).

    • ‘No-Show’ Attendees: Any guest that is a “No-Show” for their reserved workshop session will forfeit the missed session and will need to pay to re-register. If no changes are required from the previous class to the future class (same project and same design) a courtesy discount may be applicable.

    • Late Arrivals: Due to the nature of our workshop sessions and the time needed to complete each project, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes early as we begin our workshops on time.
