Janet Scheiner, Certified Health & Life Coach, will help you uncover what’s been stopping you from having the healthy lifestyle you deserve. Learn to use positive thinking and gratitude to create joy and happiness in your daily life. You will take away small habit changes for reducing stress that you can start using right away! In this workshop we will be lead in some gratitude journal writing. You will be given ideas and prompts for journal entries that will help you meditate on the good things in life.
